Tonight’s Hearing on P66 Propane Project

I have received a document from the County Planning Commission that states that they will approve the Final EIR for the Phillips 66 Propane Recovery Project tonight with no substantial changes or mitigations.  They are convinced that all responses to the draft document have been addressed adequately.  The process has provided the county a way to rubber stamp this project.  They will say, in effect, “we hear you, and thanks for your comments… now let the project commence”.
