Compliance hearing at 3:30 Today

I reported that the hearing today is at 1:30 PM.  The time of this hearing has been changed to 3:30 PM so that people don’t need to leave work in the middle of the day.  I have corrected this on the original post.

UPDATE:  This just in:

At the end of the hearing in October the Zoning Administrator said the March hearing would be at 3:30. This was done so that people would not have to take off work in the middle of the day. However, the agenda says 1:30. We will have two hearings today, so people can show up at either time.

1 Response to Compliance hearing at 3:30 Today

  1. Nancy Rieser says:

Attended the hearing as did others. The 2 hearing time slots had to be honored since both hearing times had been “noticed.” I spoke at both. The can was kicked down the road until July 21st at 3:30. The commissioner found P66 in compliance for trying really hard ….but admitted that it did not meet the minimum standard of operation. Once again, Co Co Co and P66 found that wonderful little “sweet spot” where accountability gets to be put on ice.
